Over the years, I have done numerous trips to Walt Disney World, a couple of Disney cruises & even a trip to California Adventure in Disneyland and all those trips have taught me one thing, there is no vacation quite like a Disney vacation! I am a stay at home wife and mom in New Orleans, Louisiana. My husband and I’s favorite thing about a Disney vacation is watching it each time through our son’s eyes. We have been taking him since he was 10 months old, and in the past 7 years with him each trip has been special and unique. He has celebrated Halloween, Christmas, Easter, Mardi Gras and multiple birthdays in the parks. Some of our absolute favorite Disney experiences have been his first haircut at the Harmony Barbershop in Magic Kingdom, his Capture Your Moment photo session in front of Cinderella's Castle in his Mickey eared cap and gown to celebrate his Kindergarten graduation, him partying his little butt off dressed as a pirate during Pirate Night on the Disney Wonder & his ship captain makeover on the cruise at the boutique. Disney has so many unique & often unknown experiences like these that can truly bring your trip to the next level. You are never too young or too old to enjoy a Disney vacation. Disney trips never get old….they just get better each time!


I’m one of “those people”, the ones who get super excited when you tell them you are planning a Disney vacation. I live for the excitement of the planning. Where are you going to eat? Where are you going to stay? What ports are you going to? What are you going to pack? In my opinion, these planning decisions only enhance the magic leading up to that magical vacation.
